 R. C. Chapman is one of my heroes of the faith. You can listen to an audiobook of his biography here. There's also a good summary of his life here. This drawing was done in pencil, then inked on a lightboard, then colored with Copic markers. Below is the pencil sketch before I inked it.  This has some great info on Chapman as well.
